Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the most current terms and conditions of sale stated herein or as published on DFW Products's website, www.DFWProducts.com, at the time of sale. Such terms and conditions may be amended or changed from time to time without notice. References to DFW Products herein after refer to DFW Products Industries, Inc., its affiliates and its subsidiaries.

SALES TERMS

Orders received by 6:00 p.m. CST will be shipped same-day for qualifying customer types. DFW Products is subject to the carrier’s pick-up availability. Exclusions from same-day shipping by 6:00 p.m. CST could include, but are not limited to: a) Out of stock product b) Special orders c) Shipments using an LTL service
Add-on orders will be considered new orders and processed accordingly.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If a customer requests a non-stock item, such request must be made in writing via the Special Order Request form, accompanied by a fifty percent (50%) deposit, paid by the customer’s credit card. Upon receipt of such funds, DFW Products will place the order with the manufacturer. Upon shipment of the goods, the remaining charges, including merchandise, freight, etc., will be charged to the customer’s credit card. The remaining charges may also be added to a C.O.D. certified funds tag and shipped collect, at the customer’s request.
Special orders are not eligible for returns or cancellations.

PAYMENT TERMS

After all qualifiers are met to become a DFW Products customer as stated in the terms above, DFW Products has the following payment terms available:
a) Credit Card, Paypal, checks.

d) Major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Such credit terms require a signed Credit Card Authorization on file and will only be accepted from persons
authorized by the card holder to place such orders.
e) EFT and wire transfers are accepted. Please contact DFW Products’s accounting department at 817-607-8915 for instructions. A $25.00 returned check charge will be assessed for any check returned for any reason.
 

FREIGHT TERMS

Standard ground freight will be prepaid on orders totaling over $800 on in-stock merchandise for products shipped to one location in the contiguous United States. A 2% freight allowance will be applied to all orders in excess of $800 of in-stock product only shipped to one location in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or Mexico. The maximum dollar amount of office machines, tape products, batteries, moving supplies, A/V mounts over 50 lbs, 13"+ televisions/LCDs, furniture, home theater kits, metal/wood products, jewel cases, bulk wiring products, observation/security systems, surge/UPS systems, power inverters, structured wire enclosures, floor-standing/tower speakers, central vacuum systems and central vacuum components may not exceed 50% of total order in either circumstance.
Speaker boxes, projector screens, air conditioners, all medium-sized home appliances, and 14" or larger observation monitors and systems are excluded from prepaid freight programs.
Certain restrictions apply which exclude additional products from this free freight program.
C.O.D. fees and surcharges are not, for any reason, prepaid, regardless of freight qualifications.
Hazardous materials cannot be shipped by any other method than a Ground Service. These materials cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico for any reason, regardless of ship-to information.
Shipments not qualifying for free freight are subject to  shipping rates, accessorial surcharges and other fees as applicable. Additional charges could also be assessed that may include fuel surcharges and dimensional/ oversize fees, when required by carriers’ regulations. All such charges as mentioned herein, along with any insurance costs, are calculated and added to the invoice total and are non-refundable.
Should you, DFW Products’s customer, request your order be shipped to Canada and/or Mexico, DFW Products is neither responsible nor liable for any taxes, duties, fees, or other charges that may be associated with the processing of such North American Free Trade Agreement shipments. All such charges and requirements are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may receive a separate invoice for these charges from a freight forwarder, UPS, or other third party.
If an order is refused for any reason, DFW Products will be compensated for all shipping charges, including any C.O.D. fees, as well as a 15% restock fee. Such compensation must be received before any other orders are released for the customer. All orders are shipped FOB Edmond, OK. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is delivered to the carrier. Customers must make damage claims directly to the carrier within 10 days of receipt of the order. All boxes and packaging material are necessary when filing a claim. Contact a DFW Products customer service representative at 817-607-8915 for assistance. Televisions, furniture containing glass and/or display units must be inspected for any damage upon delivery by carrier. Visible damage claims must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Such damages must be reported within 24 hours, with documented proof otherwise claim and/or credit may be denied. To ensure full credit, original packaging, manuals and shipping boxes must be retained for inspection. 

All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of order.
No drop ship order will qualify for free freight.

RETURNS

All products sold by DFW Products Industries, Inc. are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization signed by an authorized DFW Products representative. Please call a DFW Products customer service representative at 817-607-8915 for an RA number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RAs are effective for 60 days only.
The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product. Failure to comply may result in charge-backs, penalties and/or other fees to the customer, up to and including denial of RA credit.
All returns must be returned to DFW Products with freight PREPAID. Damaged and defective product replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee within 90 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
Defective product can be returned to DFW Products within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, DFW Products will credit the customer’s account for merchandise costs. No cash refunds will be allowed. Credit on account will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.
The following items are not eligible for return: a) Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items. b) Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns. c) Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use. d) Color copiers, printers, fax machines, toner cartridges and consumables.
Please allow one week for return processing.
Returns will be processed based on original payment terms. DFW Products does not offer cash refunds on returned merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted 90 days after sale, regardless of reason.  

ADDITIONAL TERMS

DFW Products has the option to substitute any item on backorder for a comparable item of equal or greater value. Backorders are shipped automatically. Customers must call in advance to cancel a backorder. Backorders less than $10 are automatically deleted so the customer must be sure to include them on the next order.
DFW Products is not responsible for typographical errors or erroneous data in publications, Web site or any other media platform. Please note that items ordered may not be exactly as pictured in the catalog, Web site or promotional piece.
